Shipping policy

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders placed during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00) will be processed on the same day and delivery follows the timing of the country of reference. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and on the days before holidays and holidays, therefore they are made on the first following working day.


WHAT ARE THE TIMES AND COSTS OF SHIPPING?

Shipping times are from 2 to 9 working days (variable depending on the shipping area and the shipping costs of the item are visible on the product sheet, in the Shipping section.


THE DATE OF THE ORDER IS DIFFERENT FROM THE SHIPPING DATE?

The order date refers to the time when the order was placed and confirmed on the site, otherwise, the shipping date refers to the time when the goods leave our warehouse and are taken over by the courier.


WHAT ARE THE DESTINATIONS WHERE YOU DO NOT MAKE DELIVERIES?

Del Mare 1911 currently only ships to Italy.


ALSO DELIVERED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

Del Mare 1911 can also deliver to an alternative address (e.g. workplace); just specify the contact details in the Information section of the checkout. Del Mare 1911 does not deliver to a post office box address or to post offices enabled for the "Fermoposta" service, for security reasons.


HOW CAN I CHECK THE SHIPMENT STATUS?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent a confirmation email with all the details and the "tracking number" of the shipment.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER DOES NOT FIND ME IN THE PLACE SPECIFIED FOR DELIVERY?

Should you be absent from the specified place for delivery, the courier will leave a coupon in his mailbox or near your intercom; in the coupon you will be notified of the passage of the courier and you will be provided with the telephone number to contact to coordinate the return. The number indicated to us will only be used for delivery purposes and will not be used for commercial purposes. If the delivery attempts fail, the goods will go into storage at the warehouses and will be contacted by our customer service to provide the information necessary for the release of the stock. If you do not reply within three days of receiving the communication, the goods will return to our warehouses and you will be credited with the amount of the goods purchased..


I WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE COURIER BEFORE DELIVERY?

As a rule, the courier does not make preventive phone calls and does not handle requests for delivery at particular times.
