Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of the "right of withdrawal" and request the return of one or more items purchased within 30 (thirty) days from delivery (the time available to you will be counted from the date of proof of delivery).
You can only return unused, unworn and undamaged products in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories and documentation supplied, including original warranties and instruction booklets, where applicable.
Any product returned that does not comply with the above will not be refunded.
To request a return, you can contact our Customer Service by writing an email to email@example.com providing information relating to your order: order number, e-mail address used for the order and the reason for its return. The Customer Service is at your disposal to clarify any doubts about the procedure to be followed.
Following the return request, you will receive a confirmation email with an assigned return number, which you must keep and insert in a visible way inside the package you intend to return.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 30 (thirty) days from the date you informed us of your decision to return one or more products, and sent via a single shipment to the following address :

The direct costs for returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
Once we have received the returned items, we will check the condition of the product. In case that the return conditions are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
In this case, the Customer Service will inform you of the outcome e will invite you to collect your items, available for collection at our warehouses, by sending a courier of your choice. The costs to be incurred for the return will be borne by the Customer.
In case that the products comply with the return conditions, we will make the refund within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (net of any extraordinary or non-standard shipping costs, which will not be refunded). The return shipment and the related costs will not be reimbursed.
The re-credit will be made with the same payment method that you used to purchase your order and you will receive a notification of the re-credit by e-mail.
The we remind you that, if you have received a damaged or defective product, you have 2 years to return it from the date of delivery of the order, as defined in the warranty included in the packaging of each product.
To request the repair or replacement of a damaged or defective product received, you can contact our Customer Service by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing information relating to your order: order number, e-mail address used for the order and a complete description of the defects or flaws complained of.
Customer Service will provide you with information and instructions on the procedure to follow.
Once we have received the returned items, we will check the Product and give you feedback on the outcome:
if the actual defect of the Product has been verified, Customer Service will inform you of the outcome and will proceed with the repair or replacement, according to the specifics of the Product; the costs of transport, repair or replacement of the product will remain at our expense in this case.
otherwise, i.e. if it has been verified that the reported lack of conformity does not exist or the conditions for the applicability of the Legal Guarantee do not exist, Customer Service will inform you of the outcome and invite you to recover the Product. All transport costs as well as costs related to the verification of the alleged lack of conformity will be in this case at customer's charge.
