The new regulation intends to strengthen and make more homogeneous the protection of personal data of citizens and residents of the European Union, offering a greater protection for individuals and making companies more responsible in the use of personal data. Data protection takes a front line position in business processes, with a significant impact on the management of personal information relating to customers, suppliers, partners and even employees.

For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), the interested party may be asked, if the existence of data concerning him or her is not confirmed, a fee, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, according to the modalities and within the limits established by the regulation referred to in article 33, paragraph 3
The rights referred to in paragraph 1) referring to personal data concerning deceased persons can be exercised by anyone who has an interest in them.
In exercising the rights referred to in paragraph 1) the interested party may confer, in writing, delegation or proxy to individuals or associations

The Data Controller processes Users' Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
The processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. Hosting and backend infrastructure
This type of service has the function of hosting data and files that allow Pictografico to function, allow their distribution and make available a ready-to-use infrastructure to provide specific Del Mare 1911 Spa functions.
Some of these services work through servers geographically located in different places, making it difficult to determine the exact place where Personal Data is stored.
Interaction with social networks and external platforms

Rights of the interested part

4. The interested part has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication."
